Meet our Founder and Director, Maria. A qualified and highly skilled creative brand designer and marketing specialist with a passion for building brands.
Maria studied at the prestigious University of Technology Sydney, where she honed her skills through 4 years of dedicated study. With 8 years of industry experience and a keen eye for detail, Maria is a true creative at heart. She founded Ree Creative 5 years ago with a vision to create a luxury one-stop creative agency that offers an elevated experience for clients. Maria believes that the success of her clients is the ultimate measure of her own success.
Maria's approach to design brings value to the beauty of simplicity. She believes that minimalistic designs can elevate brands to new heights and she takes pride in delivering brand experiences that are truly exceptional. Warm and welcoming in her personality, Maria is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise with her clients.

Emily is a dynamic creative with a passion for social media, photography, and content creation. With a keen eye for detail, she has helped a variety of clients elevate their online presence. Emily’s background in Communications and PR has shaped her ability to turn social media into a powerful business tool. Warm and approachable, she excels in building strong client relationships and is praised for her effective collaboration. Emily also supports Maria with client photoshoots and onboarding new social media clients.
VANESSA
2IC & CREATIVE LEAD
Vanessa is a creative force with a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications. She excels in design, typography, and graphic design, crafting sophisticated strategies that elevate brand identities and create timeless luxury experiences. Combining design, strategy, and marketing expertise, Vanessa works closely with clients on branding and website projects. As 2IC, she manages the team alongside Maria, ensuring the high standards of quality at Ree are consistently met.

Amy, our passionate Social Media Manager with a Diploma of Business from the Fashion Institute. Amy combines her creative flair with strong organisational skills to help brands shine online. She plays a key role in planning, creating, and executing social media strategies that help clients stand out. Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and love for content creation, especially in beauty, fashion, and wellness, Amy is an invaluable asset to the Ree Creative Social Team.
